UMW North Coast Spring Meeting April 2009
United Methodist Women is a part of The United Methodist Church. Membership is open to any women who commits to its emphasis of spiritual growth, supportive fellowship, and global ministries to women, children, and youth; church membership is not a requirement. East Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church consists of ten districts ranging in a diagonal line across northeast Ohio from the Sandusky to Marietta areas. The region includes over 15,000 United Methodist Women in more than 500 churches.

North Coast District UMW Spring Meeting -
"WITNESS FOR CHRIST"
Saturday, April 25, 9:00 a.m.
The Program will begin at 10:00 a.m.
West Side Community House - 9300 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, 44102
Parking: Small lot on Lorain, street parking on Lorain and streets around WSCH. Please carpool! Map on back.
Fee: $5.00 ($2.00 for registration; $3.00 for
breakfast)
The offering will be split between West Side Community House and the World Thank
Offering.
Please bring paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, items not
covered by food stamps), we will take these items to the UMW Conference Annual
Celebration

Fee $5.00 ($2.00 for registration; $3.00 for breakfast)
Annual Memorial Service—Each unit is asked to send the names of those deceased
members for the past year (April 2008 through April 1, 2009)
The names submitted will be printed and distributed in a packet at the Spring
District Meeting. There will be a special brief service of remembrance at this
meeting.
